RELIABILITY TEST LABORATORY

Located in CLMO Technology (Penang) Sdn Bhd,, Bayan Lepas, Penang, our Reliability/Burn In Test Laboratories provides Contract Testing Services for Electronics Components as well as related parts. Besides providing Reliability/Burn In Tests in accordance to our customer test methods or specifications, we can also provide test analysis and reports based on their request. CLMO Technology (Penang) Sdn Bhd Reliability/Burn In Test Laboratories is MS ISO/IEC 17025 certified by SAMM.
LABORATORY 1
Currently our largest Test Laboratory. There are numerous Temperature and Humidity Chambers of different sizes and Performance ranges to conduct Stability Test for various products. It is also equipped with Fast Rate Temperature Change Temperature and/or Humidity Chambers as well as Air to Air Thermal Shock Chambers for temperature cycling tests.
LABORATORY 2
A large Walk In Type Chamber with Preparation Room which can provide temperature ranges from minus 40 up to 80 Deg.C. It can also provide RH ranges from 20 to 95% RH. This particular laboratory is ideal for performing Reliability Test for large and bulky products.
LABORATORY 3
Consisting of many ovens of various sizes and configurations to provide curing and temperature Burn In Test in either constant of programmable modes.
LABORATORY 4
General ReliabilityTest Laboratory where we have HAST Chambers, Liquid to Liquid Type Thermal Shock Chambers, Ovens as well as Temperature & Humidity Chambers. Laboratory 4 provides facilities to test samples to determine suitability of intended to purchase chambers by customers without disruption to our other Test Laboratories. Also it can provide test services for small volume testing and short term testing.
CALIBRATION SERVICES
Calibration of various types of environmental chambers according to MS ISO/IEC 17025 certified by SAMM can be carried out at our customer’s site by our team of Calibration Engineers stationed in Penang
