Our team of engineers have to undergo rigorous In House, On Site and Factory Training before undertaking After Sales Service assignments independently.
Approximately 75% of our field staff are either directly or indirectly involved in after sales services and support activities. We provide installation and commissioning for new equipment, application training especially for analytical, sample preparation and scientific instruments, retraining and relocation upon customers request for a fee.
To ensure fast turnaround time of equipment, we have a small inventory of fast moving spare parts. In addition we also undertake relocation projects for reliability, testing, quality assurance and quality control laboratories.
Through prompt and competent after sales service support, our customers can enjoy minimum downtime and maximum life time on their investments. We can also offer yearly service maintenance contract to ensure uninterrupted operation.
